Career Development and Career Transition

Whether your need is for an objective “sounding board”, a targeted set of career assessments, assistance with updating and revising a resume or CV, or help with starting and progressing through the networking/job search process, individual career counseling assistance is provided by Steve Mullinix, PhD. Also, because Dr. Mullinix is a Licensed Psychologist, he can help with the worry and self-doubt that sometimes accompany the career change and job transition/job search process. All services are determined by a client’s goals and desired outcomes — there is no “package” to pay for. You pay session-by-session as needed.

Career assessments may include: the Campbell Interest and Skill Survey; the Strong Interest Inventory; the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); The Self Directed Search (SDS); and numerous questionnaires that have been developed by Dr. Mullinix himself.
