Hypnosis

Hypnosis is offered in conjunction with traditional psychotherapy as an additional tool to enhance psychotherapeutic pursuits. It can be integrated into many behavioral modification therapies such as smoking cessation programs. Hypnosis can also be useful in assisting the reshaping of eating patterns and attitudes to help in weight loss or in dealing with anorexia and bulimia. In addition, hypnosis can help in symptom relief, anxiety reduction, and in reducing and managing pain. Hypnosis can also be integrated into dynamically-oriented psychotherapy in exploring and uncovering life trauma and in gaining insight and healing.
