Important Announcements
July 11, 2024: All HRC clinicians and psychiatrists are now accepting AETNA commercial insurance. HRC clinicians and psychiatrists will be in network with AETNA State Health Plan as clear pricing providers as of January 1, 2025.
September 21, 2023: Effective immediately, please allow up to 3 business days for all prescription refills, and up to 5 business days for medication prior authorizations to be initiated.
HRC providers participate with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans; however, we encourage you to either speak with your provider or call the office for more information.
HRC clinicians are currently offering telehealth appointments and some HRC clinicians are providing in-person appointments.
HRC offices are taking the following office safety precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic to protect our patients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus: patients wear masks, HRC staff wear masks, HRC staff maintains safe distancing, physical contact is not permitted.
To obtain services in person, you will be required to sign our INFORMED CONSENT FOR IN-PERSON SERVICES DURING COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS FORM and agree to take certain precautions which will help keep everyone (you, your family, your HRC provider, HRC staff, and other patients) safer from exposure, sickness, and possible death. If you do not adhere to these safeguards, it may result in you starting/returning to telehealth appointments with your HRC provider.
We are a comprehensive group practice of psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, substance abuse counselors, and professional counselors offering quality mental health services with offices in both Raleigh and Chapel Hill.
