Professional Biography
Tamara is a N.C. Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of training and experience in psychology and related fields. Prior to moving to North Carolina Tamara was a staff Psychologist and Practicum Coordinator at University at Buffalo’s Counseling Services and has worked as a Military and Family Life Consultant and Director of Worksite Programs for the Wellness Council of West Virginia. Personal Statement
Having been in clinical practice since 2001, and in the wellness field since 1991, I offer general psychotherapy, couples counseling, consultation/coaching, and training services. I have a unique professional and educational background that allows me to work well with a wide variety of clients and presenting concerns. I especially like working with diverse populations and helping people access under-utilized aspects of themselves. I have a passion for my work and a unique combination of intensity and playfulness that helps facilitate fast change and growth.
